By purchasing Dual Forms: The Blueprint (the "Course"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. What's Included

Your purchase includes access to Dual Forms: The Blueprint, an online training course designed to teach professional nail technicians how to master dual forms using Lauren West's signature techniques.

Your purchase includes:

• Lifetime access to the online course

• Step-by-step training videos

• Downloadable resources where applicable

• 4 months of expert support from the date of purchase

• Access to the private Telegram support community during your support period

• A certificate upon successful completion of the final assessment

Unless otherwise stated on the sales page, your purchase does not include:

• One-to-one mentoring or coaching

• In-person training

• Unlimited support beyond the included 4-month support period

• Any products or equipment required to complete the training

2. Delivery

Access to the Course will be provided immediately after your purchase via email and your online course portal.

It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address during checkout. If you do not receive your login details, please contact us using the details below.

3. Access

You will receive lifetime access to the Course content.

Your 4 months of expert support begins from the date you purchase the course.

There is no deadline to complete the Course or submit your final assessment for certification. You are welcome to work through the training at your own pace and email your completed assessment whenever you feel ready. Your certificate will be issued once your assessment has been successfully reviewed and passed.

If the Course is updated in the future, any improvements or additional lessons will be included at no extra cost unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this Course and immediate access being granted after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Access is granted to the purchaser only and may not be transferred to another individual.

This Course is intended for individuals who already hold a recognised nail qualification and understand the fundamentals of nail enhancements.

It does not qualify you as a nail technician and should be used as advanced education alongside your existing professional training.
